This policy governs your statutory right of withdrawal and refund for all distance contracts you conclude with us via www.atmediaworld.com, including:
• Physical goods (e.g. the @media Box)
• Digital services (e.g. Advertising Packs)
• Platform licenses
It applies to consumers acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft, or profession under EU Directives 2011/83/EU and 2019/771/EU.
You may withdraw from any distance contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.
• Goods: 14 days from the date you (or a third party you nominate) receive the item
• Services/digital content: 14 days from the date the contract is concluded.
To withdraw, you must inform us of your decision by sending an unambiguous statement—such as email—to: [email protected]
Include your name, order number, date of order, and a clear declaration of withdrawal. You may use the model form below, but it is not mandatory. To meet the deadline, ensure your notice is sent before the 14‑day period expires.
Refund of Payments:
• We will reimburse all payments received (including standard delivery costs) no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice.
• Refunds are made via the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless you agree otherwise. No fees will be charged.
Return of Goods:
• If you ordered a physical item (e.g. @media Box), return it without undue delay and no later than 14 days from notifying us.
• You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Services & Digital Content:
• If you requested that performance begin within the withdrawal period and we have fully performed, you lose your right of withdrawal once performance is complete.
• If performance was only partially completed, we may charge a pro‑rata fee for the portion delivered up to the withdrawal date.
The right to withdraw does not apply to:
• Digital content once performance has begun with your explicit consent and acknowledgment of the loss of withdrawal rights.
• Sealed goods unsuited for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
• Customized or personalized advertising packages once production or configuration has started with your agreement.
